Lloyd Brown Jr., 81, of Cross Street, Smithfield was reunited with his late wife of 54 years, Pamela K. Brown, on June 1, 2022.
Lloyd is survived by his four children, Lloyd Brown and Michele of Smithfield, Sandra Lancia and Bernardino Ill of Newport, Scott Brown and Patricia of Providence, Kimberly Brown and Thomas of Smithfield, his 8 grandchildren, Scott Orabona, Dino Lancia IV, Steven Brown, Joseph Lancia, Aaron Brown, Alisha Bruno, Lloyd Brown IV, Hallie Brown, and his 5 great grandchildren.
Born in Pawtucket, to Lloyd and Annie, Lloyd worked as a mason for his company, L&D Brown Brothers for over 30 years. He spent his life traveling, working, watching sports, and enjoying time with family and friends. He was loved by all and will be missed by many. He was known for his great stories and as the neighborhood Papa. Lloyd lived his life to the fullest and reminded everybody daily. Visitation services will be held Wednesday, June 8, 2022 from 5pm-8pm at Keefe Funeral Home in Lincoln, RI. Funeral will be held on Thursday, June 9, 2022 at 8:30 am in the Keefe Funeral Home with a service at 9am followed by a burial at Oak Grove Cemetery in Pawtucket. Friends and family are welcomed.
